What we collect when you visit witchinghour.io or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Effective October 20, 2026
Witching Hour (“we”, “us”) operates witchinghour.io. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only.
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, organization, the reason for your inquiry, and your message. If you email us directly, we collect whatever you choose to include. You do not have to give us any personal information to browse the site.
Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the site that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. We use it to keep the site secure and working, not to build profiles of visitors.
Our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page requests a font, your browser sends your IP address to Google, which handles that request under Google’s own privacy policy.
We do not use analytics, advertising, or social-media tracking tools, and we do not set cookies to track you. The only cookies that may be set are ones our hosting provider needs to serve the site or process a form submission. Because we do not track visitors across websites, a browser “Do Not Track” signal does not change how the site treats you.
We use the information you give us to respond to your inquiry; to discuss pilots, partnerships, employment, press requests, and other matters you raise with us; and to keep a record of our communications. We use technical information to operate, secure, and improve the site. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site and respond to you: Webflow, which hosts the site and processes form submissions; Google, which serves the typefaces; and the email and productivity tools we use to read and answer messages. These providers process information on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect the rights or safety of any person, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of the company. We do not sell or rent personal information.
We keep messages and form submissions for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage our relationship, and delete them when they are no longer needed. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited time.
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us through the contact page. We will respond within a reasonable time and will not treat you differently for making a request. If you live in California or another place whose privacy law gives you additional rights, we honor them whether or not that law applies to a company of our size.
The site is hosted in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, the information you send is transferred to and processed in the United States.
The site is intended for utilities, partners, investors, and job candidates. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information you send us, including a hosting provider that encrypts traffic to and from the site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The site may link to other websites. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed, and the current version is always posted here.
Questions or requests about this policy or your information can be sent through our contact page.
